  Just got off the phone with the doctors because the pharmacy claimed they were waiting on them to refill a script which I'm not supposed to miss days on and the doctors office told me they did not receive any request from them. This is the second time they've done this where they claim the script ran out, couldn't be bothered to call and tell me so I could get it taken care of and then claimed they're waiting on the doctors when they never even contacted them. The quality of their service has greatly gone down hill within the past five years or so. Add to that the store itself barely ever has anything in stock and if by some miracle they do have what you're looking for you usually end up waiting in line for twenty minutes or more due to the fact that they normally only have one cashier who's an elderly lady who talks to half the clientele for what feels like ages then is short with the rest. I'm moving mine and the rest of my family's scripts over to the Walgreen's, they at least seem to have a nicer store.
