  DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT RANDOM FEES MONTHS LATER. And when I say random, I mean the staff will be lazy in informating you about ALL bills. This was the issue with lab fees from the apparent hospital... I don't mind paying, HOWEVER I shouldn't be finding out about this 3 months later in the mail. Someone should sit down and talk to you about EVERYTHING you owe BEFORE (including the hospital). So now my credit is at risk due to the bill being sent to the collective agency. TERRIBLE experience and talking to their employees about it seemed like a joke as well. The person on the phone at their office just wanted to shut me up which was really the last straw for me.
