  Unfortunately, the rating system does not allow for ZERO stars... If you need CPAP supplies I would urge you to find a competent provider (Binson's is absolutely not competent). Took a couple months of hassling them to get set up for supplies when time for re-supply it's taken me several weeks and half a dozen calls to get my re-supply. These guys are absolutely terrible and unless you enjoy wasting your time and energy you would be well advised to find another provider. If you've experienced equally deplorable customer service apparently Glen Closurdo is Binson's Director of customer service 586-755-2300 #6 #4616. Call and share your experience with him.
