He was transparent about the problem I was experiencing and the process he was going to go through to fix it. The work I had done took a couple days and he showed up everyday just when he said he would. The work completed and fees charged were exactly what we discussed, no surprises. If you're looking for reliability and transparency, I highly recommend Bill.
