  Disgusting and rude!
  The manager was extremely rude. Had an appointment for myself and two others, but when we showed up 5 minutes late, they had already taken other customers. I said this after my pedicure was almost done and my family hadn't even started, and the manager snapped at me. She said it's the same policy at a doctor's offices. First of all, no, they have a 15 minute grace period, and second, you're not a doctor. This is a customer service-based business. I'm not about to be yelled at by someone I'm paying who didn't hold up their end of an appointment.
  The nail tech also cut part of my nail back all the way to cause serious pain, and I know I'll have a hang nail as a result.
  They also don't clean foot basins between uses. Our basins were still wet from previous pedicures, and they didn't change them after we were done.
  I will never be back, and neither will my family.
