  We've been taking our kids to see Dr. Todd for more than 9 years. Both he and Dr. Kat are great, acting silly when needed to make the kids feel comfortable. We've known from day one that our kid's health & well being are their number one priority. Occasionally there is a wait, just like you'd find at any other doctor's office. The office staff has always been friendly, professional and courteous, willing to accommodate short notice appointments when possible. We have recommended Dr. Todd's Pediatrics to numerous friends & family over the years and will continue to do so. (Go Blue!)

  I have been going to this office since the birth of my son in January 2015. I first chose the office due to a recommendation and the convenience of the location. In the past 8 months, my dislike for this office has grown. Today was the last straw. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, and my son and I were the only ones in the waiting room. After being escorted to the exam room, I waited for 45 minutes before I walked out of the room (at this point, my child is pretty close to being hysterical, as he has a cold as well) when I told the receptionist I would call to reschedule, as I can't wait any longer, I didn't even get an apology. This is the 4th time I've had an extremely long wait. The time before this was for a sick visit, and again, my son and I waited in reception for an hour and a half before even being called back to the exam room. Then we waited an additional 40 before the Dr even came into our exam room. Now let's get to the Dr. He's very quick, and makes you feel as though he's in a rush; and your questions regarding the care and development of your child are almost an annoyance to him. He doesn't even ask how you're doing, or make small talk. That's odd to me. The assistants are typically inconsiderate and rude. Every time I take my son there, I feel as though I'm inconveniencing them. I will no longer be retiring to this office.
