- Lee MandellMay, 09 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They called me in at the end of August 2016 to have my SD card for my Cpap machine read for insurance purposes. I recently needed to update my supplies and called to make an appointment so I could try on new masks. They told me they stopped working with my insurance on September 1st 2016. I was just in there! Nobody told me they wouldn't cover me anymore. They just said to talk to my insurance and see if someone else will help. Why didn't I at least get a phone call? An email? A letter stating they would no longer work with my insurance? Now I have to jump through a ton of hoops just to breathe at night. So much for customer service...
