- Carrie HendersonDec, 23 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆By far the worst experience I've ever had getting an oil change. First they were only running 1 bay at a time. No big deal. But the one guy said that he'd be getting us going and then went to the other bay and continued to work over there. 30+ minutes later, they FINALLY come over and say they will be with us in a sec. About 10 minutes and they begin working on the car. They can't get the air filter out, they try putting the wrong oil filter in, one guy drops a tool through the engine, when we finally get home, we look inside and see that there is oil spilled all over the engine, the air filter cover isn't screwed down in a number of spots, there is oil all over the door handle, there is oil spilling onto the driveway and all over the underside! And with a coupon, we STILL paid over $75 for this poor service.
