  My mother had Bath Fitters re-model her bathroom. The quality of work was disappointing. The trim looks very cheap and doesn't line up. The walls aren't attached to the old wall very good. I had the floor tiled and when I attached the cabinet and counter to the wall in pulled in the wall and created a space between the wall and the new tile. Around the switch plate it bows out so the switches can't be lined up. They also cut the hole to big so you don't have anything solid to but the switches up to. The shower doors are very flimsy. The shower was mounted off center so to take a shower you have to aim the shower head right at the doors instead of the back wall. Not really sure what they were thinking when they did that. In short : very expensive, very poor product and installation. I would never think of putting the product in my house. Looks good in showroom, don't be fooled.
